Turned parts are produced by the CNC screw machines, with the product’s maximum diameter ranging from 0.5mm to 63mm, and we have successfully utilized the screw machines to produce a wide range of antenna connectors and other indispensable metal parts, ranging from automotive antennas, cell phone antennas, RF connector parts, and a host of antenna metal parts and components.
 

Material： JISC 3605 serial rapid lathed yellow copper, brass copper, bronze, white copper and so forth.
Surface treatment： untreated color, or chromium, nickel, gold, silver and alloy vacuum plating.
All parts and components are finished exactly as specified in the customer’s drawings.
