Jy Chyun’s springs are primarily adopted in automotive antennas and cell phone antennas; moreover, smaller antennas mass-produced by computer-controlled machinery are also one of our key products.

The spring materials including 17-Ph (SUS 631), SUS 302 and 18-8Ph (SUS 304), and the springs are produced under the most stringent quality control procedures, ranging from shearing and straightening, tempering, buffing, polishing, coiling, chromium plating and assembly, which have unable our products to become part of the automotive antennas by world renowned automakers, such as Volvo, Chrysler to name a few.

With the making of automotive antennas comprising of the coiling, the circular cone and the parts assembly, the molding at the coil part making up the spring automotive antennas is also one of Jy Chyun’s main product.
